In order to investigate the antibacterial mechanism of protamine, the effect of protamine on the growth of "Bacillus subtilis" and the activities of succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) and malata dehydrogenase (MDH) in cells of "Aspergillus niger" was studied. - 试验结果表明：鲤鱼鱼精蛋白对枯草芽袍杆菌具有较强的抑制作用，但对枯草芽抱杆菌细胞壁不产生破坏作用；对黑曲黴胞内的琥珀酸脱氢酶和苹果酸脱氢酶的活性具有明显的抑制作用。
The results showed: protamine could inhibit the growth of "Bacillus subtilis" without destroying the cellular wall and significantly inhibit the activities of succinate dehydrogenase and malata dehydrogenase.
