The optimized algorithm of image rotation based on shear principle is addressed in this paper.In comparison with the original method and usual geometrical rotation,this algorithm avoid scale effect resulted in usual geometrical rotation and resolve the problems of precision and bottleneck in original method based on shear principle.Using this algorithm,speed and the quality of rotary image can be achieved.It has the very good application value. - 该方法先对轮廓上各点的切向方向进行小波变换，然后提取出变换幅度的局域最大值点作为待定角点。
