Pallas and the three other family members lived at the home and apparently were abducted after the slaying and driven to Waterloo by the suspect, police said.
The children, ages 1 and 2, and Pallas' 14-year-old sister were dropped off unharmed early Friday at the home of Janssen's mother in Waterloo, Iowa, Wiley said.
