- 第九条人民法院受理破产案件后，应当在十日内通知债务人并且发布公告。
Article 9. After the people's court has accepted a bankruptcy case, it shall notify the debtor within ten days and make a public announcement. - 人民法院应当自收到请求之日起十五日内裁定终结破产程序，并予以公告。
The people's court shall, with 15 days from the date it receives the request, decide to conclude the procedure for bankruptcy and announce the decision. - 法院应将前项宣告破产之营利事业，于公告债权登记之同时通知当地稽徵机关。
The court shall, at the same time of announcement of credit registration, notify the local collection authority of the bankruptcy declared on that profit-seeking enterprise.
