When using the equations of analytical mechanics, the case of non perfect constraints must be considered.
The relation between conservation field and potential field is expounded and proved in this paper. The problems about energy in non inertial frame and analytical mechanics are analysed emphatically.
Using the powerful software ANSYS, the boundary condition and mechanical conditions of supporter was simulated, and a finite element analyzing mechanical model for supporter of rotary kiln was set up.
