In the present paper, the issues related to Grain-boundary (GB) are summarized and discussed with respect to the voltage-current behaviours, critical current densities of single GB and two-dimensional GB networks, as well as their dependence on the radiation, doping and electric fields. - 联合紫外光化学氧化后,光电一体化工艺存在协同效应,通过动力学参数计算了协同作用的增加因子。
